Beslutstöd app

Inom DESSEV Erasmus+ projektet utformades ett beslutstödssystem för maritima beslutsfattare som ska erbjuda vägledning vid potentiella epidemiutbrott.

DESSEVs App är resultatet av DESSEV Erasmus+ samarbetsprojekt inom yrkesutbildning och utbildning. Applikationen är designad och utvecklad för maritim ledningspersonal för att ge vägledning vid ett epidemiskt utbrott.

Applikationen förutspår möjliga sjukdomar som en patient kan ha baserat på angivna symtom. Applikationens förutsägelsemodeller byggdes med hjälp av DESSEVs kunskapsbas, som sammanställts från medicinska fallstudier och medicinsk kunskap.

Minst fyra symtom bör väljas för att få information om de sjukdomar du kan överväga i din bedömning av fallet. Var medveten om att i vissa fall kan fyra symtom ge en vilseledande förutsägelse. Ange alla symtom du har för att få en mer tillförlitlig förutsägelse.

Allmänna / generella tecken:

Lethargy is the feeling of having little energy or of being unable or unwilling to do anything.
Sweating is the release of liquid from the body’s sweat glands. This liquid contains salt. This process is also called perspiration. Sweating helps your body stay cool. Sweat is commonly found under the arms, on the feet, and on the palms of the hands. Chills is a feeling of coldness occurring during a high fever.
Head pain is a pain in the head with the pain being above the eyes or the ears, behind the head (occipital), or in the back of the upper neck.
Reduced appetite is a decrease in the desire to eat. The result is often weight loss.


Andningsrelaterade tecken:
Chest pain is the presence of unusual pain or discomfort in the chest, between the diaphragm and the base of the neck.
A cough is your body’s way of responding when something irritates your throat or airways.
Phlegm is a type of thick mucus produced by the lungs.
A runny nose is having fluid run out of the nose. The fluid can range from thin and clear to thick and yellow-green. The fluid might drip or run out of the nose, down the back of the throat, or both.
Shortness of breath is intense pressure in the chest, lack of air, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath or a feeling of suffocation..
Throat pain is discomfort, pain, or scratchiness in the throat.


Muskuloskeletala tecken:
Back pain is the sensation of discomfort, tension, or sharp pain localized in the area of the spine.
Joint pain, also known as arthralgia, is pain or soreness where two or more bones meet at the joint.
Muscle pain is most often related to tension, overuse, or muscle injury.
Lockjaw, also known as trismus, is painful muscle contractions of the jaw and neck that restrict the range of motion of the jaw, causing it to “lock.” As a result, a person experiencing lockjaw is unable to fully open their mouth.




Neurologiska tecken:
Blurred vision is a situation in which things will not look sharp and clear.
Cognitive impairment is problems with remembering, learning new things, concentrating or making decisions that affect her daily life.
Difficulty swallowing, also known as dysphagia, is the sensation of experiencing trouble or discomfort while moving food or liquid from the mouth to the stomach.
Dizziness is a term used to describe a range of sensations, such as feeling faint, woozy, weak or unsteady.
Agitation is a feeling of irritability or severe restlessness.
Neurological problems with sensation and movement refer to conditions affecting the nervous system that lead to difficulties in perceiving sensations or executing movements, often resulting from damage or dysfunction in the brain, spinal cord, or peripheral nerves.
A seizure is a sudden, uncontrolled disturbance in the brain that can cause changes in behavior, movements, and consciousness, similar to those typically associated with an epileptic seizure.
Stiff neck is a sensation of pain due to the tightness and lack of mobility of neck muscles. Light sensitivity is an intolerance to light that causes discomfort or pain.
Hematologiska tecken:
Bleeding manifestations are symptoms associated with blood loss, including nosebleeds, bleeding gums, skin bruising, coffee-ground vomit, black stools, or the presence of bright red blood during defecation.

Magrelaterade tecken:
Belly pain is pain that you feel anywhere between your chest and groin.
Diarrhea is a common gastrointestinal disorder characterized by increased volume, mass, and changes in consistency and frequency of bowel movements.
Nausea is a sensation of discomfort in the upper abdomen, accompanied by an urge to vomit.
Vomiting is the forceful expulsion of stomach contents through the mouth, often due to irritation or illness.

Dermatologiskt relaterade tecken:
Neck swelling is a buildup of fluid in the tissues of the neck or inflammation in the neck.
Skin rashes are red, inflamed, rough, and dry, itchy or painful rashes on the skin.
Dark urine is characterised by its dark colouration. Yellow skin is a condition in which the skin, whites of the eyes and mucous membranes turn yellow because of a high level of bilirubin, a yellow-orange bile pigment.

Övriga tecken:
Eye redness is a painful eye infection that causes redness of the eyes and makes the eyelids swollen and sticky.
Fear of water, also known as hydrophobia, is characterized by a fear of drinking water, caused by sudden, violent, painful spasms of the diaphragm and respiratory muscles triggered by swallowing.
Testicular pain is pain that happens in or around one or both testicles. Sometimes the pain starts somewhere else in the groin or stomach area and is felt in one or both testicles.
