Literatura vklju\u010duje mednarodne recenzirane \u010dlanke, spletna poro\u010dila, komentarje, uvodnike, elektronske knjige ter sporo\u010dila za javnost univerz in raziskovalnih ustanov, ki vklju\u010dujejo strokovna mnenja. Opravljeni so bili ciljno usmerjeni intervjuji z medicinskimi strokovnjaki, da bi ugotovili klju\u010dne elemente pri diagnozi nalezljivih bolezni in njihov odnos do klini\u010dnih parametrov odlo\u010danja. Oblikovali smo tabelo, ki predstavlja pogostnost razli\u010dnih simptomov bolezni. Vsaka vrstica v tabeli ustreza dolo\u010deni bolezni, vsak stolpec pa dolo\u010denemu simptomu. Algoritem za napovedovanje je za potrebe odlo\u010danja treba najprej nau\u010diti in nau\u010dili smo ga z bazo znanja o simptomih in nalezljivih boleznih.\n\nBazo znanja o simptomih in nalezljivih boleznih smo izrazili v odstotkih, to je, koliko pacientov od 100 bi izrazilo dolo\u010den simptom, \u010de bi bili oku\u017eeni z dolo\u010deno nalezljivo boleznijo. Na podlagi teh podatkov smo naklju\u010dno ustvarili na stotine umetnih pacientov s pripadajo\u010dimi simptomi. Vsi simptomi teh pacientov v odstotkih ustrezajo pogostosti pojavljanja simptomov, ki smo jih pridobili iz baze znanja. Npr. \u010de ima za dolo\u010deno bolezen 25 % pacientov simptom 1, 50 % jih ima simptom 2 in 100 % jih ima simptom 3, bi lahko iz teh podatkov ustvarili naslednjih 5 pacientov in skupni odstotki bi \u0161e vedno ustrezali za\u010detnim podatkom. V na\u0161em napovednem algoritmu smo testirali tri modele umetne inteligence, da bi jih lahko primerjali in izbrali najbolj natan\u010dnega: naklju\u010dni gozd, odlo\u010ditveno drevo in naivni Bayes. Vsi ti modeli se uporabljajo za napovedovanje bolezni neposredno na podlagi danih simptomov.\n\n1. Naivni Bayesov model je klasifikator, ki predpostavlja, da so simptomi pogojno neodvisni glede na ciljno bolezen. Mo\u010d te predpostavke (naivnost) je tisto, zaradi \u010desar je klasifikator dobil ime.\n\n2. Model odlo\u010ditveno drevo je drevesu podoben model simptomov in njihovih mo\u017enih bolezni, vklju\u010dno z izidi naklju\u010dnih dogodkov, stro\u0161ki virov in uporabnostjo. Vsaka veja predstavlja izid testa (\u010de je simptom prisoten ali ne), vsak listni vozel pa predstavlja bolezen. Model naklju\u010dnega gozda temelji na modelu odlo\u010ditvenega drevesa, vendar se v modelu naklju\u010dnega gozda ustvari gozd (veliko \u0161tevilo) odlo\u010ditvenih dreves ob upo\u0161tevanju le nekaterih simptomov za vsako odlo\u010ditveno drevo. Rezultat naklju\u010dnega gozda je bolezen, ki jo izbere ve\u010dina odlo\u010ditvenih dreves.<\/p>\n<p>Za izdelavo vseh treh modelov je bila uporabljena programska oprema Orange podatkovnega rudarjenja.\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">Orange programska oprema za rudarjenje podatkov je eden izmed programov za strojno u\u010denje in rudarjenje podatkov.
