Septiembre de 2017; 19:16\u201321."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Author: Stamatakis CE, Rice ME, Washburn FM, Krohn KJ, Bannerman M, Regan JJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resumen <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde enero de 2010 hasta diciembre de 2014, los autores realizaron un estudio descriptivo de los informes obligatorios de enfermedades y muertes mar\u00edtimas de diagn\u00f3sticos probables y solicitaron notificaciones a la Divisi\u00f3n de Migraci\u00f3n Global y Cuarentena de los CDC, que opera las Estaciones de Cuarentena de los CDC.<br>Los informes de casos mar\u00edtimos individuales recibidos por las estaciones de cuarentena de los CDC totalizaron 2891, de los cuales el 76,8 % (2221\/2891) fueron informes de enfermedad y el 23,2 % (670\/2891) fueron informes de muerte. La varicela fue la enfermedad individual notificada con mayor frecuencia (35,9%, 797\/2221), mientras que las enfermedades cardiovasculares o pulmonares fueron las causas de muerte notificadas con mayor frecuencia (79,6%, 533\/670). Dentro de las notificaciones agregadas, se recibieron 7.695 casos de enfermedades similares a la gripe.
